Filomena Rosato
At the end of the 1980s she graduated with honours, discussing a thesis about an ancient German manuscript and was on a path towards an academic career. Her strong intellectual curiosity in the evolution of language forms, their use and impact on the person-consumer in relation to a market strongly dominated by advertising messages, guided her to deepen her knowledge of the new disciplines and new professional methods by obtaining in Milan a Master’s degree in Public Relations.
She entered the professional world while studying for her Master’s Degree, embarking on a blossoming career that led her to being responsible for all the clients on the agency’s portfolio, which she managed directly by interfacing with the top managements of each public-private company and organisation.
She founded FiloComunicazioneä in 1996. Her passion for analysis and research as expressions of real lateral thinking led her to experiment with transversal synergies in the world of communication and to provide innovative and integrated PR solutions to multinational companies, authorities, institutions, associations and consortiums, both public and private, achieving excellent performances in communication for the Italian and international tourist industry.
With twenty years of experience, built gradually until reaching the highest market levels, she is now actively involved in promoting and developing public relations in Italy and in recognising their value as a strategic asset for a company’s growth. She is an advocate of a communication culture that breaks barriers and creates relationships between the different industries and trade associations. She is speaker at conferences, forums and events about the most topical themes and issues on the evolution of PR Industry.
She is Vice President of Assorel - Italian Association of Public Relations Agencies. Founder of the Academy and author of the national trainee programm for Itlian PR professionals.
Member of Committee for the Italian Federation of Communication Industry at Confindustria.
Member of the Scientific Committee of the Master in Tourism Management at “Il Sole 24Ore” Business School.
